Flexibility, accessibility and interactivity of research online create more efficient, compared with other methods, research form. Online surveys have a quick feedback from the respondents; it allows shortening analysis time and the analysis carried out at minimal cost. Online questionnaires can be submitted individually for each respondent, under certain conditions, in any language. The questionnaire is available at any time of day. The questionnaire mostly can be adapted to all stages of the ongoing survey. Main aim of this work is to develop a community e-services needs analysis tool with attractive user interface. The main steps of development a community e-services needs analysis tool is discussed in this document. In project part of this work you will find the main technical and design issues of community e-services needs analysis tool that was developed during master course. New tool was tested and implemented for users. |
