Abstract [eng] |
Materials used in the final project are cement, hydraulic lime and recycled municipal waste glass to produce artificial aggregates. A disk granulator is used to produce artificial aggregates. The obtained artificial aggregates are tested by various methods, the aggregate properties and environmental parameters are determined. The aggregates are compared with each other, and the most optimal composition of the filler is sought. The master's final project consists of three parts: literature analysis, overview of the materials and methods used, and description of the results. The part of the literature analysis reviews the impact of construction on the environment, the use of glass as an artificial filler component, the suitability of glass as a pozzolanic additive, and the risk of alkaline corrosion, as well as various granulation methods and artificial aggregates hardening methods. The methods and materials overview describes the tests that were used and describes all the materials used in the experimental part. In the experimental results, various properties of the artificial aggregates were investigated, its strength was checked and compared with reference samples, and carbon dioxide release during the production of various aggregates was also calculated. In the master’s final project 13 tables, 47 pictures, 44 literature sources are used. |
