Abstract [eng] |
The objective of the Master's program's final project is to explore and identify the most optimal lightweight aggregate suitable for application in 3D printing technology. The Master's thesis is structures into theoretical and experimental components. In the theoretical segment, an examination is undertaken on 3D printing technology, the significance of ecology, the advantages of lightweight artificial fillers, their applications, and an overview of filler manufacturing methods. The experimental phase involves a study on lightweight artificial fillers within 3D printing technology. Various materials were tested, leading to the discovery of the most suitable filler composition. The filler, composed of wood charcoal, hydrated lime, and water, met the highest requirements. Subsequent investigations were carried out using the produced filler, including the creation of specimens with commercial 3D printing mixtures and fillers of different fractions. The impact of various fractions on the research was also explored. The Master's thesis comprises three sections. The first part presents a literature review and its conclusions. The second part outlines the theoretical research, while the third part provides an overview of the research results. |
