Abstract [eng] The main objective of this work is to identify the key psychological factors which determine the usability of information systems and to foresee how they can be used to increase effectiveness of the systems. This is achieved after research and analysis of experimental results. For these purposes, an online experimentation system was designed and implemented. During the analysis phase, the key psychological factors and elements of information systems were identified. They have been used to aid in suggesting 10 hypotheses. Of these, five were experimentally confirmed, while the remaining five require additional studies. During the design phase, the key functions of experimentation information system and data models were developed. Some detailed operational models, data relationships and the system architecture were defined. An experiment has been set up to test the hypothesis. During the experiment, data was collected and, afterwards, analyzed in Microsoft Excel tool. Then some underlying trends were introduced. Based on this data, recommendations for the designers of information systems were presented. After that, some practical examples were listed and the key consumer features where the analyzed effect has the biggest influence were shown. This work is useful for those interested in information technology, human-computer interaction, also to information systems engineers and anyone who is using a computer and wants to better understand the impact of usability in everyday work.
