Today we have a very complex market of information technologies, in which can survive only those organizations, which effectively manage their projects. For this reason there is a need to computerize the processes of organizations, which provide information technologies services. One of the most important processes is project management, which is complex and covers project orders, supervisors and project processes distribution among supervisors. The aim of thesis – to improve the project management of small and medium information technologies organizations by developing specialized and concrete needs corresponding information system. Actuality – after theoretical analysis there was no solution found, which is fully localized and adopted to Lithuanian market. The integration and implementation costs of many solutions are high for the small and medium organization. Tasks – to develop information system for the management of information technologies projects, which could effectively manage organizations projects and human resources. To describe functional and non-functional requirements of the system. To develop controller of the information system. To develop simple graphic connection, which would let more effectively manage and plan projects of the organization. To make the research of systems universality using different project management methodology. To interview persons, who will use the system and to improve this system according to their opinion and identified needs. After this specialized and concrete needs of the small and medium information technologies organizations corresponding information system was developed. |
