Abstract [eng] Nowadays there are many problems in business process development and management. Procesess are not always arranged correctly or well organized. It is important to find out disadvantages and to eliminate them. This problem is solved using simulation. But this method does not always show optimal values. The better way to maintain, analyze and correct processes is to use continuous optimization methods. It makes regular business process observation and improvement. The continuous optimization helps to adopt the process to new environmental changes. The field of this work is business process modeling and simulation. The object of this work is business process continuous optimization. This method is quite new and gives a good opportunity to analyze and improve real world business processes. It adds a new functional ability to discrete-simulation and minimizes programming work. The aim of the work is to create continuous optimization mechanism, to adjust it to Public Services of Elderships model and to arrange an experimental research. This research gives better knowing of critical points of real business process and those problematic areas can be fixed after all. Model of Public Services of Elderships simulation showed the week point of business process. One of the stages showed the extended time than it was expected. The problem was eliminated by simplifying the initiation of the service request and reducing the segment time. The results showed it is effective to use the continuous optimization for practical purposes. In this way the money and all the resources can be saved more efficiently.
