Over and over growing accident rate on the roads causes many problems to both police officers and road users. It is good if accidents do not make much damage to people health, but nevertheless in this case the traffic is disturbed, and it takes long hours to fill in a traffic accident registration form. During the investigation of the accident much time is wasted to draw the scheme of the accident accurately, to write information data. Thus, for quicker and more convenient record of the accident and scheme drawing certain software is used. The final thesis examines the principles of the mapping of traffic accident scheme and the peculiarities of the presentation of accident information. The thesis also carries out the analysis of similar software with a help of which we establish that there is no such software that is capable of not only modeling the schemes of traffic accidents, but also giving necessary information about the accident in the accident data report. So, the purpose of this work is to establish the requirements of projectable traffic accident registration system, to fulfill the specification of architecture, as well as to implement and test the software with regard to the instructions of the filling up of the traffic accident form. |
