Abstract [eng] |
The analysis of scientific literature and reference sources has shown the differences in novelty, instruments and geopolitical functioning between the Green Deal and the Green Economy. In the case of the Republic of Lithuania, the study shows the grey areas of the Green Deal: Lithuania does not keep manure and slurry accounting and follows a soil fertilisation plan. There is no aplication of slurry to soil policy. Application increases the content of amonium and of easily mineralizable nitrogen and carbon in the topsoil. Otherwise, manure and slurry spread on soil has a negative impact on microbiological pollution of water. However, Lithuania strictly controls the processing and utilisation of ABP, implements the EU Community policy and ensures the control of bovine spongiform encephalopathies and other infectious diseases caused by ABP. |
