Abstract [eng] The aim of this final master's project is to analyze different alternatives for the energy supply of a multi-apartment residential building, and to determine the advantages and disadvantages of the alternatives from a technological, social, economic and environmental point of view. The work analyzes the concept of energy poverty. The most vulnerable groups of society have been identified. It has been established that the post-communist countries of Eastern Europe suffer the most from energy poverty. After literature analysis on energy poverty, was identified that the renovation of an apartment building is the main factor that will help control energy poverty. An analysis of seven energy supply alternatives of a multi-apartment residential building was performed. Which were compared with the baseline (study object) alternative. All analyzed alternatives correspond to real implemented projects, with actual heat and electricity consumption data for 2021, as well as actual implementation costs of alternative renovation projects. According to the actual 2021 heat and electricity data, monthly consumptions of alternatives were analyzed: for hot water, heating, circulation, electricity. Comparative graphs are drawn. According to the actual 2021 heat and electricity data, monthly costs incurred by alternatives for: hot water, heating, circulation, electricity were analyzed. Comparative graphs are drawn. Analysis of discounted cash flows and investment loan was performed. Calculated: investment payback time, net present value, internal rate of return. The analysis of alternative risks identified the criteria that pose the biggest problems for the implementation of the projects, and the most risky alternative was the complete renovation of the house with a local gas boiler.
