Abstract [eng] The most researched, alternative, green energy source for UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) – Photovoltaic elements. On the other hand, vibration energy harvesting could be seen as a new energy harvesting way. Worth attention is that Piezo elements on general are considered as a low-power energy source for micro devices. Strong point of the elements, considering applications in aviation – low weight. The main question rased, can VEH (vibration energy harvester) based on PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) piezoelectric materials, that are flexible, resistant to ultraviolet radiation and high temperatures range, when fixed on UAV wings, harvest enough energy to charge battery and even increase the flight endurance during a flight. For this reason, energy harvesting circuit, consisting of piezo elements, single-phase bridge rectifiers, capasitors was built. The scientific literature suggested, that for the effective vibration energy harvesting, specific high speed values are required. Therefore, multiple experiments (laboratory conditions and actual flight) were conducted in various speeds. The effect of energy harvested, was evaluated with calculations on wheather, theorethicly, it could charge a battery in use, or smaller alternative battery.
