Abstract [eng] |
Project portfolio management is an important strategic tool that contributes to the establishment and implementation of strategic goals of organizations. Project portfolio management is a complex challenge characterized by high uncertainty, and this challenge is enhanced by the existence of interdependencies between projects. Successful management of project interdependencies, at the portfolio level, allows to ensure that organizations will be able to effectively use available human, financial and other resources and will ensure the achievement of greater benefits than implementing projects separately. Project portfolio management is characterized by dynamism, the need to make many and complex decisions quickly. Meanwhile, data visualizations are widely used as a tool to help understand complex processes and large amounts of structured and unstructured data. Visualizations are used to communicate with various stakeholders, communicate information to managers, and are used in organizations to improve decision-making processes. In order to quickly make data-based decisions, it is necessary to look for tools that allow presenting complex information easily and comprehensibly. |
