Companies that have reached a higher level of digitalization are seen as providing higher-level services and products, capable of creating more sustainable relationships with partners and suppliers, ensuring smoother operational functions, better financial results, meeting the growing needs of customers, which is particularly important in order to become competitive and expand. Digitalization also contributes to higher productivity, economies of scale and sustainability, and considering the fact that the metal industry is one of the most energy-consuming production sectors, digitalization in this sector is particularly significant. |
