| Abstract [eng] |
In this final work literature review was performed and biodegradable cellulose diacetate (DAC) plasticizers, as well as functional additives for „active” food packaging materials were chosen. Rheological properties of DAC-acetone solutions were investigated. Optimal composition of spin-casting solution for producing DAC films was found and most suitable parameters of spincoating machine were determined. Furthermore, plasticized DAC films containing functional additives were obtained and their thermal, mechanical and antimicrobial properties were investigated. Formation technology of thermoplastic DAC food packaging materials was proposed and tested, thermal properties of a product have been investigated. Additionally, factory building plan was designed. |
