The objective of research: to analyze transport flow and permeability of streets in Panevėžys city in these areas: all Klaipėdos st., Vilniaus st. segment from Vilniaus st. - Ramygalos st. crossroad to Vilniaus st. – Basanavičiaus st. crossroad and Basanavičiaus st. segment from Vilniaus st. - Basanavičiaus st. crossroad to Basanavičiaus st. – Elektros st. crossroad. To divide researching segments in Panevėžys city to crossroads systems by working cycle of signal lights. To analize permeability of streets in divided crossroads systems when traffic flow is real and when traffic flow is increased 30 %, 50 %, 75 % and 100 %, present alternatives to permeability magnification of streets. |
