Master's thesis subject is “Partial UV Varnishing Technologies for Printing Products”. Partial UV varnishing production workshop have been done in this project and it contains whole the phase from literature review to project’s financial and economic evaluation. In analysis part, there is done literature review and UV Varnish Evaluation for Printed Products. It goes in two directions: UV varnish refractive bending test and varnish layer thickness test. There are description of used materials and samples, tests processes and conclusions of the research. Second part contains partial UV varnishing department designing section. There are described technological process, selected equipment, work flow counting’s which ones leads to evaluating the need of workers and equipment. In the next section there are described work safety risks and suitable harmless measures for work environment and workers safety, review of ecology issue’s in the project of partial UV varnishing department. The last part of the project includes financial and economic evaluation, also the conclusions and results from all parts of thesis. |
