Abstract [eng] In master’s thesis various factors affecting adhesive bonded textile seam strength were analyzed. In literature analysis the main joining techniques of textile garment separate parts were overviewed, highlighting the disadvantages of joining with sewing thread technique and advantages of adhesive bonding technique. It was explained, what bonded seam is, what materials for these seams are used and how the bond between textile materials is formed. The main requirements for adhesive bonding were distinguished and an overview of other scientific works which investigated the influence of specific factors for textile bonded seam quality was made. The goal of this work was to investigate the influence of different factors on the adhesion strength of adhesive bonded textile seams. Achieving the goal following tasks were given: firstly evaluate the pressing temperature and the pressing duration influence on the textiles bonded system thickness, evaluate the pressing temperature, time, delamination speed and the impact of high outside temperature influence on the knitted fabric and woven fabrics bonded systems delamination strength. In the next stage the methodology for the research was prepared under which the investigation was carried out. Obtained results with this delamination experimental method showed that pressing temperature and duration have a significant influence only on the M1 knitted fabric adhesive bonded textile system thickness. In addition, with high pressing temperature the strength of textile bonded seam begins to decrease. Increasing the duration of pressing, the adhesive material penetrates deeper into the fabric, yet it does not necessarily increase bonded system delamination strength. By using different thicknesses of thermoplastic films was determined, that the thicker film also not always tend to determine higher values of textile bonded seam strength. In some cases the opposite trend was noticed – adhesive bonded textile system delamination speed does not affect the delamination nature, yet has an effect on delamination strength. Increased duration of the impact of high ambient temperature, delamination strength decreases. The research results are summarized in the conclusions, under which were offered optimal technological parameters for textile bonded system formation.
