Abstract [eng] Bacterial cellulose material is examined for a long time. Literary sources analysis proved that bacterial cellulose structure and sustainability features, which today is known and studied, allows material to be used in completely new areas, where one of them is the clothing production area. The aim of master thesis- to set kombucha bacterial cellulose biofilm structural and mechanical properties, and to adapt the development of biofilm in clothing collection. Bacterial cellulose biofilm can grow in nature-friendly environment, its production and processing do not need agressive chemicals ,, and its features can vary by changing biofilm growth. The research results showed that the grown biofilm thickness h varies from 0.81 to 1.04 mm, estimated material strength 21,33 MPa and relative elongation 33,18%. Studies have shown that the biofilm with its properties can be attributed to the thick clothing category and can be applied to a well-known technological treatments. When changing medium components of biofilm, materials of different colors can be extracted and original color palettes, corresponding to the fashion trends, can be created.
