| Abstract [eng] |
This thesis provides analysis of offset printing quality parameters and production design of ten press products. Analysis of literature includes information about quality parameters and previously performed experiments of printing quality parameters. In this work was made an experimental research of printing plate linearization, dot gain before and after compensating curve for the coated and non-coated paper. Also was made density and color difference research during 2500 egz. edition printing. This section describes research methodology, materials and the results of research. In the section of technological process design offset printing technology advantages and disadvantages are discussed. UV CtP plates compared with thermal printing plates. The following describes the technological features of selected equipment . Calculation was made to get required quantities of devices and workers. Company's premises plan (which included locations of devices and furniture) was designed according to technological calculations. Also the necessary quality control was described. In the section of work safety and ecology work safety requirements and the risk factors was assessed. The plan of risk reduction presented and environment discussed. The economics part performed financial and economical calculations of printing ten different products. Calculations of production costs, financial and investing activities, project payback terms and profitability was shown. Conclusion provided at the end of this thesis. |
