This paper analyses the problem of small printing components printing using flexo equipment – the importance of quality of printed graphic elements, the factors that determine the quality of the print, the standardization of flexo printing in the world: its advantages and limitations of the application. The research focuses on whether the products prited by JSC “Aurika“ narrow web flexo printing machines meet the requirements of international norms. Statistical methods are ap-plied to analyze what factors (printing direction, print material, printing machine, etc.) have a con-nection with the print quality of the samples. Also, the statistical significance of the connection is identified. Taking the results into consideration, the probable technical and methodological prob-lems that are common in production are discussed. Given the ever-growing customer requirements for the quality and detail of printed products, the ability to create the set of internal normative documents of graphic elements design of packaging and label manufacturer JSC “Aurika“ is evaluated. Taking into account the established normative values, the guidelines for improving manufacturing planning are also proposed, which can help to prevent quality fluctuations in production. The innovation is justified by its economic efficiency – the change in the time and cost of printed material costs and employee wages after introducing the set of normative documents of graphic elements design and improving production planning system is calculated. |
