Abstract [eng] The aim of this research is to design and investigate the climate-control system for cheese ripening storage. The first part of this paper analyses the climate-control systems and their disadvantages. Analysis of the communications standards, which are used in the climate systems. Following, is analysis of the sensors used in climate-control systems, their classification, types and principles of operation. The design explores the parameters that are required for cheese ripening climate. The climate-control system is designed under the required parameters. Described in detail is the equipment and system operation used for climate-control system. A humidity sensor for an aggressive cheese ripening storage environment is designed. Testing and examination of the designed relative humidity measurement sensor. The description of cheese maturing storage climate-control system analysis.
