The aim of this project is to assess the options of using solar energy in telecommunication stations. Major problem is how to meet the demand of electric power in telecommunication systems, using the solar energy. Tasks of the research are the following: 1) To analyze telecommunication systems; 2) To analyze the demand of electric power in telecommunication systems; 3) To assess renewable energy resources and the availability for telecommunication systems; 4) To analyze the working principle of solar power-plants; 5) To develop methodical basis for experimental and theoretical researches; 6) To assess the opportunities to apply sources of renewable energy in telecommunication stations. |
