The final Master‘s paper is based on the membrane keyboards production prepress and press processes at JSC \"IDon\" analysis. The part of production processes analysis and justification includes the analysis of membrane keyboards types, comparison of printing methods used to print membrane keyboards, description of all phases which are carried out in the prepress and press processes of screen printing and proposals of the modernization. In the research was made qualitative analysis of screen printed with two different ink types membrane keyboards. Analysis made by comparing solvent-based and UV ink small details reproduction and ink layer uniformity on film surface. The part of research proposes pros and cons of different types of ink and there were some recommendations given in order to reduce defects. |
