In final master thesis are analyzed flexographic sticky labels finishing processes. In a part of scientific research are made a lacquer layer abrasion resistance, gloss, weight and thickness tests. The investigation was determined the most appropriate anilox rolls for self–adhesive labels varnish. In part of technological process – for printing of production is made a technological production scheme. In this case, are estimated a necessary equipment and number of people, provided a necessary production area. According to the production area is made premises and equipment location plan. Also there are discussed the process of quality control, identified the factors which may do a risk to workers' health and safety, provided measures to avoid disasters. In the economic part are cared financial – economic calculations, which shows the effectiveness of the company according to the selected production program. Also in this part is determined the investment cost of project, are chosen the sources of investment, are estimated the direct and indirect costs, required products for production, product price and cost and future revenues. There is presented the graph, of turning point, which shows the relative volume of production which is needed for company to obtain profits. |
