Abstract [eng] |
This Final Master‘s Degree Project analyzes the studies of qualitative parameters of flexographic printing forms. According to these studies, the research of flexographic printing plates hardness and thickness of the base, when forms have been exposed in different final exposure to UVC radiation time, was carried out. The results showed that increasing the final exposure time, increases the hardness of flexographic printing plates and the thickness of the base varies unevenly. Photopolymer printing plates hardness results of the study were presented at the conference of young scientists “Industrial Engineering 2016“. In the part of the technological projection there was projected the technological process of the prepress of selected labels according the company \"Aurika“. It was offered a solution for the modernisation of technological processes. It was assessed the number of necessary employees, equipment and the area for equipment. Moreover, it was dicussed the measures to ensure the quality control. Also, occupational risk and environmental impact assessment, was carried out. At the the company's financial-economical evaluation part the cost of flexographic printing plates before and after modernization was estimated, as well as the proposed acquisition device payback period and the breaking point. The conclusions summarizes the results and recommendations of the project. |
