| Abstract [eng] |
External communication area of municipalities was analyzed by the authors of Lithuanian and foreign scientific literature. General studies have also been performed in Lithuania in the external communication area of municipalities; however, there is a lack of detailed system analysis. The municipalities of Lithuania are also obliged by the legal acts to publicize information to the public about their decisions. However, municipalities often face the problem related to poor performance of communication: insufficient use of opportunities provided by communication means and methods. |
