This paper discusses a project of research a buggy for recreational riding. The buggy is a one seat vehicle with a motorcycle engine built in the back. The engine powers the rear axle. The buggy has steering and breaking systems of a car. The frame of the buggy is made of tubular profile design steel pipes. The work carried out an analysis of stability characteristics of the buggy. Also stability characteristics were calculated with numerical model. The vehicle was tested in experimental studies, and the results were compared with theoretical stability characteristics of the buggy. |
