In the masters final projects first paragraph, supporting constructions, their structure, material, the way you can connect them and passive safety is reviewed. In the second part, front spar strength test method was conducted, also the most important mechanical characteristics of longitudinal beam material, was determined to be yield and tensile strength. Quasi – static buckling experimental tests were made, that were used to determine first and second tests critical forces, the amount of absorbed energy and according to tests, load – displacement diagram were made. In the third project paragraph, in order to compare experimental results, numerical model was calculated, with the help of ANSYS program. Round holes were analyzed to find the influence for deformation .After numerical analysis, it was found where construction zones have biggest stresses and where plastic deformation are. |
