There are no precise guidelines when it is needed to switch daytime running light to low beam. At night when the driver stops before crossing, the lights may blind a driver in front of a moving vehicle and he/she may not notice the pedestrian crossing the street. This multi-functional lighting system should reduce vehicle traffic accidents and should increase the driver’s comfort. The main problem is how to increase LED daytime running lights usage possibilities, how to increase the safety of road users and comfort of driving? The object of the research the automatic control system of LED daytime running lights and low beams. The aim of the project is to design the multifunctional car lighting and make fuel consumption test To reach the aim the following tasks were performed: to analyze the design of the car lights, the principles of functioning, to design and manufacture multifunctional lighting in the car, to create the electrical, functional schemes and algorithm of management. In this project were used the analysis of literary sources, data process analysis, design and economic calculation methods. The cost of the constructed system are low, so there is possibility to sell it for the users and to use this structured material/information as a teaching tool. |
