This master's thesis analyses Plunge's district municipality's early retired police officers integration into the labour market. Early retired police officers are exclusive group as their age allows them actively participate in the labour market where their experience and qualifications can be transferred to. This group is a beneficial labour resource for Lithuania's economic. This master's thesis includes survey which took place in Plunge's district municipality. |
