Abstract [eng] In this work we research integration capabilities between automatic invoice handling system “ReadSoft” and Enterprise Resource Planning system “IFS”. This research was initiated after analysis of problematic topic- absence of fully automated invoice handling system in research object- “Kitron group”. The purpose of this research is analyze current invoice handling processes and propose a solution, how could you use current company IT resources to speed up current invoice handling process. In this research we analyzed systems of “Kitron” group, then researched integration methods and after comparison we decided which one is best suited for integration between “IFS APP 8” and “ReadSoft” systems. After that recommendations were formed when it is best for the companies to use one or another integration method. After analysis of integration methods, it was decided to use “Kitron group” used integration platform “Kitron Integration Bus”, which is created based on “Enterprise Service Bus” (ESB) principals. This decision was made after comparison of integration systems offered in the global market, based on these criteria’s: ease of use, maintainability and monitoring, community, enterprise support, functionality, flexibility, extensibility, connectors, cost and licensing. After designing of integration solution, “ReadSoft” was implemented in “Kitron group” IT environment and integrated with internal integration platform- “Kitron Integration Bus”. After all installations and integration was complete, testing was performed and whole solution was transferred to production environment. Experiment was conducted and it showed that all invoice data was transferred from “ReadSoft” to “IFS” correctly, just in some cases there was a need for accountant input for recognizing data fields, but other than that invoice handling process was faster than previous method more than two times.
