| Abstract [eng] |
The aim of this work is to investigate friction drilling and threading process axial forces and moments using the combination tool and individual tool kit. To create computer BE model and compare the results. The review of scientific literature was made. The review of Lithuanian and other country articles was made. Material Al 1050 was chosen for further friction drilling process. Friction drilling experiments were made. During the experiment axial forces and moments were measured. Data regression analysis was made. Statistical data processing with SPSS program was made. 3D and mathematic model for the element of friction drilling and threading process were created. The results of friction drilling were compared and conclusions of friction drilling were made. |
