Abstract [eng] |
In this master project research was examined furniture panel cutting technology. The main objective of the study is to reduce the amount of the film left on the edges of furniture boards. The first part of research investigates main object, describes its performance. Overviews main problems, why it is important to reduce the amount of the film on edges. Examine a series of possible alternatives of this production node. All alternatives were compared with the main object. Characterized their pluses and minuses comparing with existing equipment. In the researching part were measured the most important machine parameters. A study conducted in the factory with real furniture panels, in order to determine how much of the film were left on the edges at this moment. Made a simulation of the machine. A study conducted with it. With different machine linear speed, knives start-up positions were determined film crossing positions. Calculated theoretical minimum required gap between the panels. Composed knifes launching mathematical model. Model results were compared with the results of simulation model. The projection part proposed guidelines of how to implement the blades launching mathematical model. |
