This paper analyzes the reuse data of organization model in business process modeling. The main goal of the research – to reduce the time costs of modeling business processes and ensure the reuse of information. When preparing the various models of the organization, it is appropriate to reuse the information available for the creation of new, more detailed models. Currently, information is not shared between different modeling standards. The main tasks of this work are to analyze the possible organization models, business processes and their standards; to create a method for moving organization model information into the business process model in a partially automated way; to create metrics that allow the assessment of the effectiveness of the created methodology, calculating the metrics in an experimental way, and to prepare the conclusions. The research consists of four parts: analysis, design, an experiment and conclusions. The results of the experiment shows that elements get transformed correctly if data gets associated in a targeted manner. The solution should be used by a user who is a domain expert, because the association must be logical and meaningful. A method ensures a flexible reuse of business process information that is already contained in the organization models. The method is based on management of schemes of meta-model element associations. The transformations of the data to the BPMN process model are based on these schemes. The transformations decrease the time that the analyst has to spend working with business processes and ensures the data integrity when developing different organization models. The algorithm can be successfully used in later stages of development of IS and in other organizational activities. |
