Business process modeling is a key part of the design of business systems. In today's changing and dynamic environment of business process modeling has reached the point where none of the advanced organization can not exist without information systems, in which business processes unpredictably changes, demanding the new process and the rules for the assessment of redefining the company's goals and strategy. Organizational success depends directly on the correct business process arrangement, installation, management and operation of the entire system, so the business process model for quality assessment and improvement is necessary. Business process model for determining the quality of the methodology by frameworks can solve the currently complicated organization's of quality improvement processes. The methodology allows analysts to save time, organizations reduce costs, increase operating income, and increases workers' effective operation, eliminating inefficient business processes. Designed for business process models for quality detection method involving best practices based on determining the quality of frames, their levels of abstraction, identified performance metrics characterizing the process and written evaluation rules. Evaluation of methods and experiments selected BPMN business process modeling language, which is adapted to model the business process. According to the method developed prototype software developed in selected subject areas for easier BPMN business process models for quality evaluation. The method of business process model for for determining the degree of the quality have been implemented and customized in two in Lithuania and the world well-known brands representing enterprises which work in different fields. Establishments were carried out business process changes according to the method of calculating which significantly improved the performance of the company. |
