In April, 2015, anonymous questionnaires were distributed to teachers of four schools: primary, secondary, progymnasium, and gymnasium. Seeking to assess and compare the influence of authentic leadership of these schools on school’s social responsibility, analysis of scientific literature, qualitative and quantitative research was selected. Interview with school leaders was conducted, in order to obtain more detailed data for research. SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical data analysis, while MS Excel 2015 – for graphic visualization of statistical data analysis. |
