Abstract [eng] Lithuania attracts more and more foreign students so that language knowledge becomes the essential part of their daily life. Language acquisition in foreign country can become simple learning process when students are learning virtually at a suitable time for them. To solve this issue virtual learning environment is chosen according created learning methodology, containing learning material and applied information technology tools to ensure assimilation of the features of Lithuanian lexis, grammar and phonetics. In order to ascertain expectation for developed language learning course the surveys of experts and students have been done to find out the importance and efficiency of methods of virtual course. In addition, internet-based language teaching tools, their used language teaching methods, the variety of presented tasks have been analyzed too. This affects the choice of content of teaching material, arrangement, methods and IT tools. The speech corpora of difficult surnames and names having a lot of diacritical marks and other linguistic features has been analyzed applying diverse parameters and conditions that have been created. The analysis has been done with HTK and Spanish language recognition toolkit to find out the accuracy of difficult voice recognition commands. This is used for determining what difficult phrases are recognized accurately and later on this basis, grammar files with voice commands according learning course can be created and used by Spanish language recognition program. The program shows the dictated phrases or recognition accuracy on the screen. In the virtual language teaching course to develop speaking skills the program according to speech to text principle which uses voice recognition and re-creation function is applied. To clarify the theoretical material of language the material of “Oneness” language learning project is based on, crosswords created by “HotPotatoes” tool are placed and videos that are used.
