Abstract [eng] |
Ultra high performance concrete (UHPC) is now one of the most perspective concrete types due to its high strength properties and resistance to various environment effects and durability. This concrete compressive strength is more than 100 MPa. It also has very high dense structure. UHPC is widely explored for over two decades, although due to its high price it is not widely used neither in foreigh countries nor in Lithuania. One of the way to make UHPC more economical is hybrid concrete structures. It is concrete structure that one part is made of normal concrete and another part is made of UHPC. The example can be beams which bottom is made of UHPC and top is made of normal concrete. This structure should have high flexural strength. Also hybrid structures can be applied in repairing normal concrete structures using UHPC only in places where is aggresive environment impact or high strength is needed. In this work hybrid concrete is desighed to achieve necessary concrete properties. It is also performed hybrid concrete compressive and flexural strength test results and resistance to frost. The main goal of this research is to determine normal concrete and UHPC shrinkage deformations which has a very big influence on adhesion between different concrete layers. |
