| Abstract [eng] |
The main aim of this work is to create a set of learning materials and staff development system. In order to create an effective system, was important to analyse industrial production processes and take in to account human recourses and needs. The purpose of the work was described the industrial plant and the ongoing manufacturing processes on the first part. Describes -non-formal education program, created specifically for this industry. Subjects of the programme was the result of realized a virtual learning environment. In the second part of the work: analysis of E-learning methods and forms. Describes evaluation, knowledge and tools for e-learning system. In third part of work are submitted results of a workers survey, which helped to reveal underlying workers needs for the system. It also provides the structure of the system shall be so designed and created a virtual learning environment. Designed system has been tested in 6 workers who had to assess its functionality. After survey, was revealed that a lack of learning materials production processes and the need to add a few more sources. It was also appropriate to carry out the corrective action which will contribute to the structure of the learning materials easier to use. |
