The main purpose of this work - the analysis of building modernization models and alternatives to define the main apartment building design and energy depreciation and choose the most optimal and cost-effective alternative to upgrading, according to which the works can be carried out selected home modernization. The significance of alternative evualation criteria is calculated using the pairwise comparison, ranking and the proximity of the ideal methods. Also a test of temperature measurement using thermocouples was carried out, while the selected non-upgraded home modernization works necessity were established. For the master project preparation were used publications of Lithuanian and foreign authors, the laws of Lithuania and foreign acts, books and information in websites. The work consists of 77 pages, 39 figures, 23 tables. |
