Lithuania is not rich in natural resources or do not produce high valued products so foreign direct investments play an important role. However, there are many doubts about perspectives for FDI and its advantages. Do really FDI stimulates productivity, higher quality of goods and services, sustainable development and rapid economic growth? Thus there is an incentive for analyzing FDI driven factors and their tendency in the Lithuania comparing with other dominating EU countries and the EU itself. |
