Abstract [eng] Flexible work arrangements are alternate arrangements or schedules from the traditional working day and week. Employees may choose a different work schedule to meet personal or family needs, to organise different patterns of work during the day or week and set up locations for employers out of office. Due to these changes work arrangements became more flexible that increased abilities to make a balance between work and family needs, increased the motivation, productivity and work quality level at work place. Master‘s thesis is prepared by four main parts, whose show and describe the results of theoretical and practical analyzes of flexible work arrangements from employer and employee perspective. First part shows the problem in labour market nowadays and presents the analysis of researches connected with flexible work arrangements that have been done before. Second part presents the theoretical part of flexible work arrangements from the employer and employee perspective, describes advantages and disadvantages that can be connected with applying flexible work at organizations. Third part shows how and where the researches were made. The last part presents the results of researches and how corporate organise work conditions for its employers.
