Abstract [eng] Nowadays economy is based on knowledge and rapidly improving technologies. Investments for human resources, research, development and new technologies, becomes more and more important part of company practice. Information is static, while knowledge – dynamic. Before, only tangible capital was the value of organisation, but now companies are evaluating tangible and intangible capital. All technological inventions are products of intellectual capital. It is very important to save intellectual property, because it is the biggest company property and object, which generates the highest income. Legal protection territoriality of intellectual property rights is reduced and intellectual property legal protection is equalled (standardized) by signing international, regional agreements (bilateral, multilateral) for rights protection of intellectual property. Intellectual property can be protected by patenting or registering it. There also exists such an intellectual property, which we can’t register or there’s no reason to do it, for example: news, information, experience, communication, recipes and etc. If we want to save advantages of company, it is very important to find ways how to protect unregistered intellectual property, which is also integrated to the supply chain. For this reason in this work I’m raising such problem: how to protect intellectual property, which is unregistered and integrated to supply chain? First, analyse of literature was made and the problem was found, that there are existing lots of intellectual properties, which are integrated to the supply chain, but it can’t be registered or it’s not worth to do it. Later, after more analyses, unregistered intellectual property protection models were determined. After structured part was made, some people was participating in questionnaire (totally 23 people). In the beginning, during half-structured interview intellectual property supplying companies were asked. The survey was made by setting the time with interviewed person, in his workplace and most convenient time for him. It was done in March of 2016. Interviews were done face to face and all information about it registered to the computer. After interviews with creators of intellectual properties, it was time for owners of intellectual property. During the survey all received data was analysed and from the results we can make the conclusions that the best protections of unregistered and integrated to the supply chain intellectual property are: • knowledge classification; • contracts of official inventions; • limitation of access to most important information; • separation of work tasks; • confidentiality agreements; • rapid innovation cycle; • technical security; • product analyse; • advertisement tools which are supporting the product; • special price for sets of goods; • continuous aiming for novelties.
