Inventory management is a regular process which includes monitoring, transportation, storage, control of ordering and usage of components which are needed to generate sales revenue. The companies of the brewing industry are losing sales revenue and waste their funds due to lack of efficiency of inventory management. Depending on market and selling products, different models can be used creating efficient inventory management strategy which meets the individual enterprises needs. It is very important to optimize the inventory management because nowadays brewing industry is getting more and more competitive. |
