This job aim is to research the factors that contribute to the maintenance of volunteer organizations. These factors are determined based on companies, according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs. The study surveyed six voluntary organizations that engaged different activities . After receipt of the answers to the questionnaire survey and analysis turns out that volunteers organization most motivated to stay because of communication and self-actualization needs and satisfying factors. |
