It could help to focus, eliminate uncertainty, prepare more accurate reports and improve operational understanding in the project field. Structured and tailored risk management recommendations helps to reduce the adverse risk effects and to gain competitive advantage. Business could earn higher profit if projects would be executed according theoretical risk management model. |
