Abstract [eng] |
Organizational transformation of the designed organizations raises new requirements for management and require substantial new forms of governance. Projects may be successful, but it does not mean that the organization is going the efficient project management. (Morrison, 2005). Project people are the main source for the achievement of the project, while the prevailing organizational culture of the company affects people's behavior and affects project management culture. These identifying factors exist in every organization, but most members of the organization do not always know what is the project management culture, as it can not contribute to the success of the projects but also the entire organization of cultural transformation. Research objective/purpose – creating assumptions of project management culture development model. |
