This master thesis is based on the evaluation of employee competencies. Since only very few studies focus on the sector competence profiles, the aim of this thesis is to fill the current gap in existing research pool, to form a competence profile of a creative industry`s employee and to answer the question: what competencies should a creative industry`s employee have? To reach this goal the tasks were set as follows: 1. To analyze sources of literature and to identify which specific competencies are required for a successful employee in creative sector 2. To construct a competence profile for a creative industry`s employee 3. To discover the existing competence profile in creative industry via empirical research means. Methods: analysis of the scholarly articles and modern research literature, questionnaires, analysis of the statistical data, descriptive analysis. |
