Abstract [eng] Engagement term is extremely important in the work environment. Organisations, companies and communities are using involvement to increase efficiency and profitability. However, analysis of scientific literature about involvement demonstrates that not all involvement possibilities are being used. One of the newest involvement areas is crowdsourcing. Crowdsourcing provides new opportunities to involve not only individuals as work forces, but includes groups of individuals or communities to open tasks platforms where are no long-term commitments. High labor coordination provides a quick response to the changes and the innovative advantage. However, there is lack of literature about crowdsourcing processes and management. According to Leimester (2009) main tools keeping crowd in crowdsourcing processes are motivational tools. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the crowdsourcing involvement factors. The object of this work are factors contributing involvement into crowdsourcing. The purpose of this thesis is to indicate factors that encourage crowd engagement in unfunded crowdsourcing projects. Stages of research: 1) Defining crowdsourcing; 2) Identifying crowdsourcing involvement factors in non profit projects; 3) Creating crowdsourcing involvement model; 4) Conducting a study and identifying the main crowdsourcing involvement factors. After scientific literature analysis and the examination of empirical results, it has been concluded that crowdsourcing can increase efficiency and profitability in work environment. However, the most important crowdsourcing area is non-profit projects, that ensure longer, more consistent collaboration among companies. In unfunded projects four major internal motivation factors are directly related to the succesful crowdsourcing: 1) Autonomy; 2) Variety; 3) Tacitness; 4) Analyzability and Variability. Crowdsourcing involvement model shows that the model consists of three main parts: 1) Crowdsourcing involvement factors; 2) Types of crowds; 3) Objectives of crowds. Empirical study reveals that the main involvement factors in crowdsourcing depends on types of crowds: 1) Crowd Wisdom type are motivated by Variety and Autonomy; 2) Crowd Creation type are motivated by Tacitness and Analyzability with Variability; 3) Crowd Voting type are motivated by Analyzability with Variability.
