Abstract [eng] In nowadays economic situation in the world, many companies are forced to expand their activities to international markets. However, the foreign market entry mode decision is a complicated process depended on many external and internal factors. Deciding on the most eligible form of foreign market entry includes knowledge on each of the possible modes and understanding the conditions under which one mode might be more appropriative than others.
