Building is one of the main industries in which the economic and social aspects changes and energy consumption, are going fastest. So it is not surprising that, in order for energy efficiency in buildings aims not only tightening requirements for new buildings, but particular attention is paid to residential and public buildings in the renewal process of these projects. In this work following a comprehensive foreign and domestic scientific literature analysis was formed multicriterial housing renovation projects benefits assessment theoretical model. This models suitability and feasibility was estimated expert during the interview. The final multicriterial housing renovation projects benefits assessment theoretical model was verify assessing one of the housing renovation projects. |
